Hello, I'm Tracey 

I've always loved to dance, but I struggled to stay motivated with every fitness routine I tried. Everything changed when I realized that I could incorporate the dance moves I love into a workout routine, unlike any other.

My Story

 

I have over 20 years of experience of working in the healthcare industry. I started my career in investment banking with a focus on Biotechnology Research and later in the Medical Communications industry in various senior positions. Having experienced how mindset training and coaching helped transform my own experience of working in a busy, high pressured corporate environment as a mum with 4 children, I was inspired to qualify to help others achieve the same benefits. 

 

 I trained as a Mindfulness and Compassion Coach with the prestigious Mindfulness UK and received a Foundation Degree Level 4 mindfulness qualification awarded by CPCAB. I am also an accredited Personal Performance Coach, graduating with a Distinction level Diploma from the globally recognised Coaching Academy. 

I am passionate about delivering coaching and training sessions that blend powerful coaching strategies with scientifically-backed mindset training. I have delivered workshops and 121 sessions and helped individuals successfully and confidently navigate life’s challenges at work and at home, to achieve big life changes and to feel happy and satisfied in all areas of work and life.
